Faculty Details

Dr. Harish Chandra is an Assistant Professor at VIT Bhopal in the department of Advance Sciences and Languages. His research is situated in the field of Computational Fluid Dynamics, with a special focus on convection in fluid/nanofluid saturated porous medium in different geometries. Dr. Chandra has completed a Doctorate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) in 2021 and a Master’s in Applied Mathematics from IIT Roorkee. He has Graduated (B.Sc.-Honor’s) from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh and has qualified GATE and IIT-JAM. He has worked at the post of an Assistant Professor in various universities. He has a teaching experience of 2 years and has worked at various levels up to Professor & Mentorship of M.Sc. Students. He has worked under DST and BARC-Project. He has 2 publications, in peer-reviewed International journals and has 2 publications in Arxiv. He has participated in various International Conferences, workshops and GIAN-Course held in IITs and IISC Bangalore, India.
