Faculty Details

Dr. S. Ananthakumaran is an Senior Associate Professor Grade-II in the School of Computing Science & Engineering, VIT Bhopal University, India. He was awarded with Ph.D., in CSE from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tamil Nadu in the year August, 2016, M.E (CSE) from Anna University, Chennai in the year 2006. Also, he has completed M.C.A and M.Sc., (Mathematics) from VHNSN College, Virudhunagar affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University, Tamil Nadu during 2001 and 1998 respectively. He has nearly 19 years of teaching and research experience from reputed engineering colleges and university. He has published 12 research articles indexed in SCOPUS and SCI journals, and authored 3 book chapters. His research areas include information security, soft computing techniques/algorithms, and mathematical modelling. He has executed funded seminar grants 2 from DRDO and 1 from CSIR and TNSCST. He is a lifetime member of CRSI.
