Dr. Saurabh Mishra
Assistant Professor
Dr. Saurabh Mishra is working as Assistant Professor at VIT Bhopal. He holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the esteemed Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. His expertise centers around molecular aggregation and spectroscopy. With an academic foundation comprising an M.Sc. from the University of Hyderabad and a B.Sc. from Banaras Hindu University, He has consistently demonstrated excellence in both academics and research. He has notably authored seven research papers in international highly reputed journals, contributing valuable insights to the scientific community. As an experience in research he has worked at Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel as post-doctoral researcher working on Electrostatic Ion Beam Trap (EIBT). In recognition of his research contributions, He received esteemed accolades, including the Best Poster Award at the XXII International Conference on \"Horizons in Hydrogen Bond Research\" held in Finland and attended more than 5 national and international (France, Italy) conferences. He has also visited the lab of Prof. Akira Terasaki, Fukuoka University, Japan as an exchange student under DST JSPS program during Ph.D. His skill set extends across computational analysis, programming, and proficiency in various experimental techniques of Gas phase spectroscopy, reflecting his comprehensive approach to research, teaching and mentoring. He sees the future in studying molecular bonds and dynamics of clusters and biological systems, experimentally and computationally.
