Dr. Sheetal Sharma

Professor

Dr. Sheetal Sharma is a professional academic with a focus on architecture and urban planning who is motivated to forge a connection between fruitful scholarly investigation, prodigious varied practical activities, and excellent scholarly instruction. She is the first Madhya Pradesh valuer authorised by the government under Section 34 AB of the wealth tax act, and she has 24 years of professional expertise in addition to her 12 years of teaching experience. She is an executive member of the IIA Bhopal, the joint secretary of the FSAI Bhopal Chapter, and the secretary of the ITPI MP Regional Chapter. She holds the prestigious chartered diploma from the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in the United Kingdom. She is one of the IEEE professional community\'s most senior members. She is a senate member of SPA Delhi. She graduated from Amravati University with a gold medal in 1997, took first place in the Master\'s course in urban development planning at MANIT in 2010, earned her Ph.D. from MANIT in 2015, and has won multiple more gold medals. She also has a great deal of national and international recognition, including best paper honours from conferences held in Glasgow, Canada, Paris, Singapore, Dubai, and other places. Working on sustainable urban planning research, master plans, smart cities, water conservation, etc. with a number of environmental research organisations, including EPCO, IES, Smart Cities, Urban Conservation, etc., University of Edinburgh, and Strathclyde University UK. The \"Women Researcher Award\" in the 2021 International Scientist Awards on Engineering, Science, and Medicine by HYDRA, the \"Bharat Ratna Indira Gandhi Gold Medal Award\" by Global Economic Research Progress and Research Associates, GEPRA, Tamil Nadu, and the \"Women Excellence Awards 2021\" in the fields of architecture and urban planning by the International Leadership Development Council (ILDC) Academy are just a few of the honours given to Dr. Sheetal for her work.
