Faculty Details

Dr. Mayank Sharma is a Doctorate from the Barkatullah University Institute of Technology (BUIT), Bhopal. He has done his M.Sc. in Mathematics from Govt. Motilal Vigyan Mahavidyalaya, Bhopal and M.Phil. from BUIT, Bhopal. He has a wide experience of over 15 years in teaching and research. He has attended many UGC/AICTE/DAE/CEP/TEQIP sponsored programmes, and also organised Seminars and workshops. He has also served in the Summer Faculty Research Fellow Programme ‐ 2012 at DMS, IIT Delhi. He has been a subject Expert for M. Tech programmes for two years at NITTTR, Bhopal. Dr. Sharma has published 14 research papers in ESCI, Scopus International and National Journals of repute and has presented his research work in National and International conferences in India and Abroad. He is Life Member of Ramanujan Mathematical Society. His research area includes Nonlinear functional analysis, Fixed point theory, Metric spaces, Contraction principle, Fuzzy Metric spaces and their applications. Presently, he is working on a Collaborative Research (CRS) Funded Project under TEQIP III.
