Dr. Deep Chandra Upadhyay is working as an Assistant professor in the ECE Department of School of EEE. He is a Doctorate from Indian Institute of Technology, (BHU) in the Department of Electronics Engineering with specialization in nanoelectronics. Dr Deep completed his M. Tech in Department of Nano Science and Technology at Indian Institute of Technology, Patna, with CPI - 8.58/10 and B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Dr. Deep Chandra Upadhyay also worked as a Research Assistant under the guidance of Prof. B.V.R. Chowdari (SIPIS Program- 2013) at National University of Singapore (NUS). He has also Qualified CBSE - UGC NET in DEC, 2015 with 67.43 % in Electronics Science. He has an academic experience of 1 years and published 8 papers in International Journals (Q1/IEEE) as well as published 7 papers in International Conferences ( IEEE). His research interest includes thin-film nanotechnology based optoelectronic device.
