Faculty Details

Dr. Chandan Kumar Behera is a faculty member of School of Computing Science and Engineering. He completed his Master\'s degree (M. Tech.) from IIT Kharagpur, and obtained his Doctorate from the Department of Computer Science and Systems Engineering, Andhra University College of Engineering (A), Visakhapatnam. With over 17 years of experience in teaching and research, he has contributed to the research community with 25 publications in international journals and conference proceedings, focusing on Code Obfuscation and optimization techniques. His research interests primarily revolve around Software Security, Malware Analysis, and system software. In recognition of his contributions, he was honored with the Young Scientist Award by the International Scientist Awards on Engineering, Science, and Medicine, India. Dr. Behera is an active member of professional organizations, including the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the Computer Society of India (CSI), and the International Association of Engineers (IAENG). He is also a reviewer for various peer-reviewed Journals and Conferences. His research expertise is in Software Security, Malware Analysis, and system software.
