Faculty Details

Dr. Ankur Beohar is a Doctorate in VLSI Design from Indian Institute of Technology ,Indore. He worked as a Post-Doctoral fellow in Nanoelectronics, Indian Institute of Science and Education Research ,Bhopal and IIT Indore. He has completed his M.Tech in VLSI and Embedded System Design from MANIT, Bhopal and B.Tech in Electronics & Communications from RGPV University Bhopal. He has also been awarded Senior Research Associateship for 3 years under Scientist Pool scheme, CSIR HRDG, New Delhi, Govt. of India. He has contributed in the development of an advance MOS device for low power module of SoC and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) applications. He has several publications in peer reviewed SCI journals. He has presented many papers in peer reviewed International conferences such as VLSI Design Pune, IWPSD Bangalore, EDSSC Taiwan, etc. Dr. Beohar is a reviewer of various SCI journals like Journal of IOP, Semiconductor Science and Technology and IETE Technical Review, etc. His research is in the area of Modeling and Simulation of Advance MOS Devices, Reliability issues, memory design, and VLSI Circuit design for ANN applications.
